Family-run since 2013

A Family Kitchen That Didn't Stay Small

George Frozen Foods Corp. has been a family-run operation since 2013, and it still is: same family, same recipes. Today that means a USDA-inspected kitchen in Linden, New Jersey, two brands, a certified halal line, and a lot of very full freezers.

Every dumpling company says family recipe. Here is what ours actually means: the same family has been making these dumplings commercially since 2013, first in Brooklyn, and since 2018 in our own plant in Linden, New Jersey. The dough recipe has changed less than the zip codes.

We are one plant, not a network of them. Twenty-nine products, two brands and three certified halal bags all come out of the same building in Linden, under federal inspection (USDA Est. No. 18364). If something ships wrong there is nobody else to blame, and there is exactly one phone number to call.

The short version

Before 2013

The recipes come first

The dough and the fillings come out of the family's own kitchen years before there is a company to put them in a bag. The folds and the stubbornness date to that kitchen.

2013

Brooklyn, New York

George Frozen Foods Corp. is incorporated and production starts in Brooklyn, one borough at a time.

2018

The Linden plant

The company moves into its own production facility in Linden, New Jersey: real freezers, real capacity, the same recipes and standards.

2025

FASTIK®

The Fastik name becomes a registered trademark. The little chef is official.

Today

The whole line

Twenty-nine products across two brands, three certified halal bags among them, and every one of them out of the same building in Linden. Still one family, still one plant.
