Pelmeni: the Bite-Size Classic

Pelmeni are small dumplings in the old style: thin dough sealed around seasoned meat, straight from freezer to boiling water with no thawing required. Give them five to eight minutes and a spoonful of sour cream, and dinner handles itself.
