Two labels come out of one family kitchen in Linden. Fastik is the flagship: the smiling chef on the bag, the widest range, the certified halal line and the BIG format. Troyka is the traditional label, dressed in red and gold under the three-horse mark. Below: every fold size and every bag, and where each one lives.
How the line fits together

- Two labels
- Fastik is the flagship: the chef on the bag and the widest range. Troyka is the traditional label, red and gold under the three-horse mark. Same kitchen, same recipes, different bag on the shelf.
- Three fold sizes
- Every pelmeni recipe comes folded in one of three sizes, smallest to largest: Fastik is the small fold, Malishki is the middle fold, Troyka is the large fold. The fold is the size of the bite, not a different recipe. See the folds side by side.
- Fastik BIG
- The largest fold of all, sold on the Fastik label. Same recipes, sized up for people who count pelmeni in spoonfuls.
- The halal line
- Exactly three bags: Lamb, Chicken and Beef. Our certified halal line, certified by the American Halal Foundation, and only those three bags carry the mark. More on the halal line.
- 1 lb bags
